Outcome of Meeting – BrickX Trust No.4
In accordance with the BrickX Platform Product Disclosure Statement, BrickX Financial Services Limited (the Trustee) has issued the Notice of Meeting for BrickX Trust No.4 (Trust) for holders of Bricks in the Trust (Brick Holders) to consider passing a resolution to wind up the Trust whose property is located at 109 Albion Street, Annandale, NSW, 2038 (Property).
This Meeting was held at 10.00 am (Melbourne time) on Friday 11 September 2026 and this notice provides Brick Holders with the outcome from the vote on the resolution set out in the Notice of Meeting which were as follows:

What happens now?
Now that the meeting has been held and the resolution to sell the Property was successfully carried, the trading halt will remain in place with the Trustee now commencing actions to effect a possible sale of the property. Further updates will be provided to ANN01 Brickholders during the sale process.
