BrickX has been acquired by Thundering Herd, becoming a wholly owned subsidiary, effectively immediately.

Update To The Brickx Platform Product Disclosure Statement dated 1 June 2019 (“PDS”)
On 12 December 2019, both BrickX Financial Services Limited ABN 67 616 118 088 AFSL 494878, being the “Responsible Entity” of the BrickX Platform, and The Brick Exchange Pty Ltd ABN 27 600 762 749 (“BrickX“), being the Manager of the BrickX Platform, became wholly-owned subsidiaries of Thundering Herd Pty Ltd ABN 22 603 726 085.
In addition, the Subscription Funding Deed between BrickX and the Responsible Entity, disclosed on page 92 of the PDS, has been terminated. BridgeLane Capital Pty Ltd, which had provided funding for the acquisition of properties pursuant to the Subscription Funding Deed, is no longer a shareholder or related party of BrickX or the Responsible Entity but it may hold Bricks like any other Member.
The Responsible Entity believes that these changes are not adverse to Members or potential investors in the BrickX Platform.
As a consequence of these changes, the PDS should be read as if section 12.2 “Subscription Funding Deed”on pages 92- 93 were deleted.
