Hi everyone!

BrickX’s CEO, Kareene here. I’ve just finished my first 90 days in the role and in light of this, I wanted to let you know what I have been up to so far.

At BrickX, our vision is to make property accessible for all Australians by providing a simple way for our growing community to share in the Australian residential property market. BrickX has successfully combined the simple efficiency of a tech-based sharing economy and Australia’s cultural obsession with the property market. In the last five years, we have grown to over 13,500 members and 19 properties – with plenty more to come!

Thanks to the commitment from you, our BrickX community, we are excited to announce that we are permanently reducing our fees to 0.5% on the purchase and sale of Bricks. From now on, when you buy a Brick for $50, you will only pay a fee of 25c. See below for our PDS updates relating to this price change and our address change.

We’re doing this because BrickX is passionate about providing the best experience for our members and supporting you on your property investment journey. Reducing our fees is just the first of many improvements we’re working on to improve the BrickX experience.

Additionally, I am committed to keeping you regularly updated and informed by providing market insights and educational content in the form of a monthly newsletter! Keep an eye on your inboxes in the last week of every month for some interesting content.

Thank you for being a part of the BrickX community to date. We appreciate your feedback so if you think there’s more we could be doing to support you on your property journey, please comment below or complete this quick survey.
