Please be advised that the Notice of Meeting will be released along with the relevant voting instructions by CorpVote Pty Ltd on or around 30 July 2025.
Voting will commence shortly thereafter in respects of the resolutions to be tabled to Brick Holders in relation to the proposed sale (including wind up and final distribution of funds) or recapitalisation and retention of the assets held by this particular BrickX Trust No.12 (MAN01).
Trading of Bricks in MAN01 will be suspended from 10am 30 July 2025.
