Please be advised that the Notice of Meeting will be released along with the relevant voting instructions by CorpVote Pty Ltd on or around 21st April 2023.
Voting will commence shortly thereafter in respects of the resolution to be tabled to Brick Holders in relation to the wind up and release of a final distribution of funds post the settlement of the upcoming sale of the asset held by this particular BrickX Trust No. 25 (WYN01).
As previously advised on the BrickX Platform – trading of Bricks in WYN01 will be suspended from 12pm 31 March 2023.
