Please be advised that the Notice of Meeting will be released along with the relevant voting instructions by CorpVote Pty Ltd on or around 12th October 2023.
Voting will commence shortly thereafter in respects of the resolutions to be tabled to Brick Holders in relation to the proposed sale (including wind up and final distribution of funds) or retention of the assets held by this particular BrickX Trust No.18 (BAN01).
As previously advised on the BrickX Platform – trading of Bricks in BAN01 will be suspended from 12pm 10 October 2023.
