We are excited to be announcing the expansion of our Smart Invest strategy with the addition of seven Sydney properties. Now that is some serious bricks!
What is Smart Invest?
Smart Invest is the easiest way to regularly invest in Bricks. Just set up a direct debit (from $50/month) and your funds will be automatically invested in Bricks. Smart Invest aims to generate returns that outperform the Australian property market (judged annually against the CoreLogic Hedonic Home Value Index). The CoreLogic Index for 31 January 2020 indicated that annual growth across all dwelling values nationally was 4.1%[1].
Why Sydney?
This trend is forecast to continue into 2020 and 2021. Sydney is forecast to deliver continued capital growth of 10% for houses and 8% in apartments and will outperform the forecast national average of 8% and 6%.[2]
To make the most of this trend, BrickX has added seven Sydney properties which are:
