Outcome of Meeting – BrickX Trust No.23

In accordance with the BrickX Platform Product Disclosure Statement, BrickX Financial Services Limited (the Trustee) has issued the Notice of Meeting for BrickX Trust No. 23 (Trust) for holders of Bricks in the Trust (Brick Holders) to consider passing a resolution to wind up the Trust whose property is located at 8 Waterman Drive, Clyde North VIC 3978 (Property).
This Meeting was held at 10.30 am (Melbourne time) on Wednesday 19 July 2023 and this notice provides Brick Holders with the outcome from the vote on the resolution set out in the Notice of Meeting which were as follows:

What happens now?
Given Resolutions 1 has been voted in favour of and the winding up of the Trust has been approved, the Manager will commence the process to wind up the Trust in accordance with the Resolution.
Since the date of issue of the Notice of Meeting and commencement of the voting process, no trading in Bricks relating to the Property has been allowed. The trading halt will remain in place during the winding up of the Trust. A final distribution will be paid into Brick Holders Digital Wallets following completion of the winding up of the Trust.
